Servicas — Business Documentation
Someone’s air conditioning dies. They describe the problem to Servicas — typed, spoken, or photographed — and AI ranks verified local providers who can actually come. They book, chat, pay, and review without leaving the app, and disputes are settled there too. Providers run their whole job operation in the same place, free: inbox, quotes, invoices, payouts, ratings, and customer chat that translates itself.
Categories: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, lawn, pool, childcare, emergency repair.
Stage: built, deployed, pre-launch. No production customers, GMV, or revenue yet. Figures in these documents are model assumptions unless explicitly marked as built.

In one paragraph
Incumbents sell leads, not outcomes: providers pay $30–$120 per lead, win about one in ten, and pay whether or not a job happens. Servicas charges only on completed work, so the provider’s incentive and ours finally point the same way. Five workspaces — customer, provider, admin, support, regional manager — run on seven backend services, and one codebase reaches web, mobile, and desktop. Pricing and packaging are stored as configuration, so a pilot can test price points without an engineering release.
